Booking procedure and fees
The North Keppel Island Environmental Education Centre is accepting bookings applications for 2019. Round 1 applications close on 2 November 2018.
All applications for bookings must be made in writing either by submitting the booking application form (DOC, 134KB) by email to by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxing to (07) 4939 2522.
Successful applicants are notified in writing with an offer of camp dates. Program planning forms are also forwarded at this time. Your school will be invoiced for $300.00 non-refundable deposit in January 2019. The deposit will be deducted from student accommodation on your camp invoice.
If the date/s offered are suitable, return program planning forms by 30 November 2018 to secure your booking.
Early in the following school year, North Keppel Island EEC teachers will contact you with a draft of your program based on information provided on your program planning form and the orientation weekend planning workshop.
The teacher Orientation weekend is 9 and 10 February 2019. You will be contacted 4 weeks prior to this date to confirm your attendance along with itinerary, costs and what to bring etc. Refer to the booking application for for more Orientation detail.
Your school will be invoiced after your visit/camp.
Send your confirmation form and emergency roll to Christine Wilson ( admin officer) 1 week before your camp.
